510 / eGo cartomizers non Joye

Looking for 510 cartomizers to use on my eGo... currently I am useing the genuine Joye type. They work well, but I suspect there is something better, particulary without the polyfil. Heard of some where you just lift a lid and fill? I am looking for regular voltage / resistance and easy fill. Thanks for your help!

You're referring to the E2's. madvapes has some.

Here are some flip-top ones. I haven't seen them in the E2 version (without the fill). They may exist??? But, any soft cap cartos are easier to fill than the ones with the hard plastic ends.

I just got a mega 510 cartomizer with a drip tip from Ikenvape, I don't like cartos and I love this thing. He is out of stock but is getting some in soon. He just started carrying them and they went fast on Black Friday but will be restocked soon. Hold 30 drops on first fill.

My favorite cartomizer for the Ego are the Boge LR (2.0 ohm). These produce a nice warm vapor with lots of flavor and a mild to medium TH.

They will last quite awhile if kept fairly wet. Typically after about a week the draw becomes stiff due to liquid carbonizing on the wick. I have cleaned them by soaking them overnight in 90% isopropyl alcohol and then rinsing with hot water(they will need to dry for a few days). This works well but I usually just toss them and grab a fresh one.

I have never had any battery problems using 2.0 ohm stuff on the Ego batteries if anyone was wondering.

Oh btw you can find these at litecig, madvapes and also Altsmoke (Yeti branded) as well as other places I'm sure. I have dealt with these companies and find them to be excellent.

What are some good sources to purchase the Boge LR's? Are they soft tip?

Yes they are soft tip. I use a drip tip with mine just for comfort reasons. I edited my previous post to include a few vendors.
