Only vaping one week and I already upgraded from the 510 to eGo.

Being a cigar smoker (fat ones!), it was tough putting the skinny "pen" in my mouth. Although the cart is the same diameter, the eGo certainly looks, and feels better to me.

Airflow is an issue with me. I love cigars with a very easy draw, and I naturally would look for the same in a PV. Of course the cone is restrictive. I like the look, and it seems to give the unit additional strength. My plan is to drill a air hole in it.

Vapor production with the att or lr carto is decent, but I am still looking for more.

Question- the atty that came with the eGo, and the lr cartos I ordered with it, look the same as those components for the 510. Are they not the exact same thing?

From what I understand, the ego is a 510. someone else will be along shortly enough to clear it all up, but yea, it's the same. But they make different atty's. regular ones and lr(low resistance). then you have cartridges and cartomizers. With a carto(cartomizer) you don't need an atty. it's built in, hence, cartoMIZER!
You use atty's with a cartridge.

The ego is just a bigger battery. It holds a longer charge and is fatter. I have a similar model, a vGo, it's 900 mAh and I only need to charge it overnight. MUCH better than the little batteries that die every few hours.

If you want bigger vapor and a longer lasting fill on carts, try the mega atty (cylinder) and some whistle tips... can hold a good 20-30 drops of juice and the bigger atty produces much more vapor than the 510 atty's that came with my eGo kit.

It's already on order! I'm trying to move through the learning curve fast.

On order. Can I charge the mega battery with the regular ego charger?

You can charge any eGo battery with any 510-threaded charger. Problems occur when you try to charge a regular, non-eGo, 510 battery with an eGo charger.

Is this an eGo mega or a regular 510 mega battery?
