510 Joye tank Carto?

FSUSA has blank Joye 510 Carto that they say has a tank that you fill with a needle.

Questions:

I have a Riva/Ego 510 with 750 and 1000 mah batteries. These should work, correct?

Do they leak?

Do they last longer and taste better than the poly fill cartos?

Tried searching with no luck.

Hate to be *that guy* but FSUSA is actually out of stock on all of them They have been for quite some time, I'd been meaning to try them months ago.
