510 leaking juice

Got my 510's in. Have 2 complete 510s both leak juice where the cart meets the atty. Is there anyway to prevent this? Every time I go to use it, theres juice right at that crack. I am still on the prefilled carts, so I know its not from overfilling.

They should fit together tight enough to prevent leakage. If you haven't tried it, you might turn cart upside down then put the atty on top of it. If it's still leaking after you turn it back over, the carts might be made wrong and should be returned for exchange or refund.

Cyberkiller....I have found that using carts(or tips)from a dse901 work better on the 510 atomizer for preventing leakage.The 510 carts themselves are generally loose and the 901's fit tighter!The Wiz!

Condensation will form around the outside of the cart (but inside the atty) when you vape. Whenever I refill a cart, I wipe of the condensation with a paper towel while blowing through the cart to get the excess out of the air channels.

My 510 carts fit pretty tight, so that's not an issue.

The Wiz is right on that one. I'm really happy I switched over to the 901 carts. But you need to be careful where you order from. I received some from e-smokeytreats and only one fit snugly, the rest couldn't be inserted far enough to reach the atomizer. The ones I have now from Totally Wicked actually "snap" in place when inserted. The only downside is that they can be a little difficult to remove if you top up and drip a lot. But they're cheap. Try a few places. And if you don't like the 901 whistle tips, try other suppliers for the regular 510 carts. They all fit a little differently.

Just got my 2 510's from cignot , not experiencing any leaking cart is on pretty tight, worried that using the cart multiple times might cause leaking if it gets loose though. The vapor and throat hit is intense compared to the health e cig model I was using before.

Im having the same issue with my first cart... juice leaking out if I lay it down for a few mins..big concern because I have a little dog who likes to lick everything..Will have to look into the 901 carts..
