Just got my new T-rex today! After vaping for an hr I completely forgot that I also ordered a LR atty as well. In my haste to try I very first Lr atty, I forgot to blow out that liquid they put in them at the factory. Now, I cant seem to get rid of that horrible burnt taste from my vapes. However, Im blown away at how smooth this thing creates vapor and the quanity is unreal!!!!!! Unfortunately, I still cant inhale after my first say 50 vapes???? This burnt taste just wont go away??? any suggestions or will it eventually come around??? by the way, I have only direct dipped with this unit. Dont have any cartos ?? not sure even if you can use cartos with LR attys????

I suggest you DON"T dry burn..... especially a LR. Do blow out on receipt, and if you don't want to use your juice to prime just drip some plain VG or PG on it, then hit it without inhaling (meaning mouth hits and exhale).

Remember after you physically blow out an atty, you need to first prime with approx 4 drips on a 510, 8 drips on an 801, take a half a dozen hits then drip as normal (2-3 on a 510, 3-4 on an 801) and carry on.

I've found though that once you scorch the wicks, its really difficult to totally clear that taste up. And its why I prefer to use LR bridgeless atty's (loving the Canvape's 510 LR bridgeless at the moment), since I solely drip myself.
