LR Atty dries up any hints ?

I vape on an EGO with LR attys...

Just received new attys and I get a disgusting burnt tastes after a few draws.. I have normal 510 juice cartridge with blue foam mod... The only thing I can come up with is that the blue foam mod doesn't keep up with the LR atty...

Any hints on how to avoid this horrible burnt taste ?

I hate dripping, so it is not an option...

Congrats on the 2000 mark! LR attys are really meant for dripping because they burn off juice faster due to the heat they generate. Usually carts can't keep up with them which explains the burnt taste. If you let the atty get dry you could end up popping it. I would suggest dripping.

What i found worked relatively well was giving the atty longer to wick between puffs, but because LR went through juice so quickly i was constantly filling the carts so also turned to dripping with the LR's in the end.

I think I have given up on attys completely. Cartomizers are so much easier. If you take care of them they last for a long time.

WomanOfHeart is right, LR attys tend to be juice drainers. I also use LR atty's with an ego, don't have this problem because I drip. Since you don't like dripping, i would suggest an alternative cart mod. Search for ADM or Auto Drip Mod, straw mod might also help you. Good luck.

Oh, also.. Have you tried just dripping a few drops on the atty before putting a new cart on it? Might keep it wet long enough for the juice in the cart to make its way down. Just a thought. I honestly only used carts for maybe a week. I love dripping, it adds a process similar to removing a cigarette from the pack and lighting it, so it's nice stimuli for me.. There are plenty of alternatives, though. I think mine is the same reason others drip for the most part.

Gotta agree... Cool stimulae, but if you get a floody atty that is a PITA!
