The –T products are more prone to burn up with harder use.
Unlike cartridges or dripping you have less control over how much
juice gets to the atomizer. If there isn’t enough
juice, the atomizer overheats an burns up.
Unless something happened like the button was held down for a long time causing the fibers to burn, you are simply demanding more from the atomizer than it can provide. To keep it from burning up you will have to hold the button for shorter periods of time and or space your time between drags longer, so it is able to re-wick itself and cool. Other options are using a stronger juice, so you are satisfied with less drag/smaller drags.
If non of the above idea will satisfy you, you need to consider another model. The 510 is near the smallest out there, and being a –T its lighter duty than even a 510. I would consider a non tank model or one of the larger tank atomizer like the eGO or eGO style. Non tank models are the most durable for heavy
vaping. LR models get hotter quicker.
