HELP! Just today I've noticed my PCC isn't wanting to work right. I have a mostly drained battery in my PCC and it's saying it's both completely charged (Green Light) but also too dead to charge the battery in it. Removing the battery doesn't change anything.

The 3rd light was amber for like 10 seconds one time I tried charging it but it went right back to green - not enough time to charge the battery inside it and the 2nd light stays amber. 1st light is completely unresponsive. :-x

Any suggestions?

Don't take it apart! I'm familiar with the internals and I seriously doubt there is anything that you can do to fix it... and I know the girls at Cignot well enough to know that they'll take good care of you.

Here's a shot of the internals.. barring a bad solder joint, there's not much you can do (this is a modified PCC BTW):

I had one in a shipment that in the unopened package the middle dead light came on, and I noticed it was warm.

Put it on the charger, light went out and charge came on. Didn't turn green for 12 hours. When it did I took it off the charger, all lights went out, tried charging with it and it did nothing.

The electronics in these PCCs don't seem to be the best.. There is no reason why it should behave like my stock one or the one in this post.
