Hi all! I have a problem. I have a manual 901 battery that does not work anymore. I have had it for about a week and a half old. I plugged it in last night to charge and it the led light on the charger turned red then green again. I push the button to turn the battery on and nothing happens. I put it back on the charger and the light stays green. I decided to put the battery on an atty and try it out. When i activate the battery, the led at the tip flashes red 5 times. it just continues to do this. I have put it in my pcc and ac charger. both say that it is charged. Does anyone know what's going on?

Some chargers just aren't meant to be trusted. Try ignoring the light, and just putting the battery on to charge for a few hours, whatever your owner's manual suggests as far as the length of the charge. If you charge it for a few hours, and it still doesn't work, it's probably dead, but the fact that the LED blinks, indicating that it needs to be charged, would be a sign that it's probably not dead.
