I got one from Wicked when I first got my 510, a week ago. I think it's really good, don't have to worry about running out of juice during the day or on a night out, it has 3 LEDs on it so you can see if the battery on the ecig is charged, if the PCC is low on battery, and if it's finished charging the PCC. It feels quite well made, apart from I had to put a bit of plastic in the lid to push the battery down onto the charging socket, no big deal. But it's metal and feels tough and looks cool!
Hope this helps.

I love my PCC. I take it with me when I'm at work or anywhere for that matter. I always have a fully charged battery with me. I taped a plastic tube that a fully assembled 510 fits nicely in onto the side of my PCC, it's kinda like a holster. Works great. The only problem I have with my PCC is that after some use the lid doesn't push the batt down far enough to engage charging. The solution is simple, place one of the rubber caps that come on the carts onto the tip(led end) of the batt. That pushes it down far enough and no more problem.

I don't know how I would get by with the short batt life of a 510 without my PCC.

I think it's awesome! My 510 batt always dies during the day, even from light usage. Since I really don't want to take a plug in charger to work, and out IT dept has disabled our USB ports on our PCs (don't know if it would still charge, don't want to find out if they are that tight on security), the PCC is the way to go for me!

I think its great - holds a spare battery, can charge on the go, and holds spare carts/atty's.

What I do is carry it around, and charge it whenever im near a pc (which is alot). When the battery in the pcc is full, I swap, and let the one I'm using charge up (actually better to not fully discharge a li-ion battery).

And while I'm not near a pc, I know I have a spare battery :D

Thank you all for your feedback I ordered one from rocky mountain vapor I cant wait to try it out

To use my PCC effectively, I would have to buy some baggier pants. But I'm still in denial and have to have my Levis straight legs :)

My regular PV is the 510. But I like the simplicity and weight of the 901 USB passthrough I just got. I plug it into a USB to cig lighter adapter in my car. Significantly less 510 batteries to buy and carry around. The passthru cylinder has a manual switch, and there is no auto-shutoff...right on.

But when going where electric not readily available for a few days, I'll be using both my PCC and my car's 901 passthrough to get me through it with as few batteries as possible.

In your bushes, watching you undress
We only like it for 2 reasons:

1) It is a neccessity

2) There is no better design available yet

Good:

It works, and works well. Holds a few carts, an atom/cart combined, and charges an extra battery. 510 batts die fairly quickly, so you must own a PCC if you ever leave your house.

Bad:

Hinge pin slides out all the time, you have to keep an eye on it and push it back in before it falls out and gets lost.

Sharp edges/corners. Not good for carrying in a pocket often.

If you don't keep an eye out on your LED, the PCC will drain your battery after it charges it. It will drain it totally. The only way around it is to watch for the LED to go out, then flip the battery. Of course the flipped batt doesn't fit well, it is a really tight fit, so the next time you open it... REMEMBER you flipped the bat, and hold the lid. Otherwise... PATOOOEY! The batt flies across the room.

Silly design as far as the odd shape and size. Had they made it wider and a hair longer (like a pack of 100's) it could hold more carts, and could carry an assembled 510. As it is designed, it is not too practical. You have to carry the PCC and still carry your 510 separately. If I could meet the genius who designed this thing, I would shake him... violently.

Someday we'll see a more practical, functional PCC offered (I hope) that will do a better job. There is one on the way for M401's, so there is hope for the 510 at some point I think. Until then, we must be content with the current PCC.

Great first go at it--you are obviously more informed than most.

If you vape like I do, I think you will find the juice will swamp the cost of everything else.

Don't believe all the bad press about atomizers. A good cart modification and a fresh battery makes the attys I thought were bad work well...and I don't clean them much.

You might want a USB-to-cig lighter adapter for your car. Also if the 510 passthrough doesn't make you happy, there is a 901 USB passthrough with manual switch.

I'm already well equipped and am adding the 510 to my arsenal.
I have 4081, 901, and BE112. The BE112 on my 4.8 volt USB mod is my current favorite.

Is this true? I've left batteries in my PCC for more than a day, and they come out fully charged. (I know this, because I occasionally get them confused with my uncharged batteries and put them in the wall charger, and the charger light stays green.) The batteries I use don't have LEDs, not sure if that matters...?
