My first ecig was an RN4081 style and I have about 4 batteries and decent sized stockpile of cartomizers for it. Problem is that I switched to using an eGo-T (I love it) and can't stand using my RN4081 equipment anymore (hard draw, low vapor, almost non-existent flavor or TH). I hate to see so much hardware not getting any use so I was wondering if anyone knew if using adapters might provide better results? I am thinking perhaps using the eGo battery with the RN4081 cartomizers so they are getting used or the RN4081 batteries with the eGo atomizer/tank as an emergency battery should the eGo die when i'm away from the charger. Just wondering if anyone had any experience or insight on either of these combinations.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Thanks zoiDman. The adapters on azsmokefree.com are what prompted me to write this post to begin with. I take it you have mixed RN4081 and 510 parts yourself? What has been your personal experience compared to using strictly an RN4081 or 510 system?

I mixed and matched them for awhile. But then the eGo came out and I moved to it in a Heart Beat.

I liked my RN4081 for it's size. But I didn't like the fact that I had to carry 2 or 3 Extra Batteries around to get thru a day. Same with the 510.

And I got burned out on Carts that Didn't Hold Much, Leaked or Wicked Poorly. So when the eGo and Filler Type Cartos came out, they cam out about the same time, I moved to them on an eGo.

But that was a long time ago.

Now, not using a Variable Voltage PV and a XL CE2 seems Primitive. Funny how things change.
