I don't know about the 510 pcc because I do not have one but according to the healthcabin.net site:

Heads up about 510 T :
*510-T battery’s Cut-Off time: 5-6 seconds. It can be used again when flashing is over.
* When the LED on battery flashes 10 times, it indicates that the battery needs charging.
*510 T battery can be charged with exclusive USB Adapter for 510 T battery, 510 USB chargers and eGo USB chargers as well with no problems. All of them won’t damage 510 T battery.
* The LED on 510 T battery will turn on while charging. If the led does not turn on while charging, it indicates that the battery does not need to be charged. we strongly suggest you to charge 510 T battery when 510 T battery is drained.
* 510 T battery can be fully charged only by exclusive 510 T adapter When battery is fully charged, the led on the battery will turn off.
* 510 T battery can not be fully charged by 510 USB chargers and eGo USB chargers. the led on the battery won’t turn off. if you use 510 USB charger, we suggest to stop charging in 20-30 minutes. if you use ego USB charger, we suggest to stop charging in 60-90 minutes.

So my understanding is you will need one of these:

Joye 510 T USB Adapter(ONLY for 510 T battery!NO cord) [JOYE 510 T] - $4.00 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail--

to get the battery fully charged.

I use that charger to charge my 510T 220mah auto battery which I purchased from healthcabin.net along with the 510T atty.

I like it so much I am thinking of getting a couple more from them - they have an 8% discount right now too.

Ok I see, there is a difference between HealthCabin 510-T battery: 80.5mm Joye 510-T Mega Auto Battery Black [Joye 510 T Mega B] - $11.00 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail-- and a "regular 510 XL battery: 280mAh Joye 510 XL / mega battery for e-cigarette - Joye 510 spare parts Heaven Gifts. Both are manufactured by Joye, the "regular" batt has no cut-off time and can be charged with existing usb chargers and PCCs.
Unless the "new" 510-T battery from HealthCabin has something extra for using 510-T attys I'd be looking at the "old" 510 XL battery from Joye for use in a 510-T tank system.

ok now you have me wondering. I was about to buy a couple 510t kits from a forum member with a pcc kit and after seeing the above, it sounds like they don't work together. wtf is with this proprietory crap?
I know Pipeous! It's a dang joke! Ticks me off royally. Well one good thing, at least the 510 t tank atties and and 510 t tanks work on a standard 510 batt! I guess I won't be getting those batteries. I was excited about the extra Mah! More battery life. I guess I am stuck with 40 minutes of vaping before a recharge. UGH!

Thanks Kalvin but the thing is, I won't have the proper chargers for it, my pcc will be moot, and I will still have to start over buying a new kit if I go that route. Thats whats great about the ecig industry. They love to make products for everyone, which includes parts that won't work with other part..so you spend more money when you want to try and do a bit of an upgrade!

No you don't have to go the whole kit purchase route, just piece-meal what you need. If you don't have the 510 280 mAh batts, get a couple and then just add in the 280 mAh charger and get it all from a reputable china supplier. $18.50 gets you the charger and 280 mAh batts are $10.50 each. Even add in the 510-t attys for $7 or $8. You probably need the atty's and may have 510 batts already, but uping the use time with larger batts goes to better vaping experience.

The 510-T tank system is well worth trying out, I got both a new eGo-T tank and 510-T at the same time in orders arriving the same day and have been testing them in parallel - the 510-T comes up ahead of the ego-T system in vapor and flavour.

PM me Danes if you want to get details on how to pull this together :)
