Pretty much. However, these can easily tell you what volts the battery is putting out, and you can also put the atomizers and tell how many volts under a load.

ANYWAY. Vape Prodigy sells them if you PM them. $25 shipped, as compared to the $26.99 + shipping one from Vape Happy.
