I am new to the form. I was reading some of the info threads and came across one where "stormy nights" was trying to use his meter to test with. (and couldn't figure out how to use it)

According to the picture he sent, there is a pot for zero adjust for the ohms scale on the left-hand side of the meter, just under the meter movement.
These "old" style meters are quite functional, and in cases where there is trouble reading voltages, like where there is a PWM regulator driving a digital meter nuts, this one will probably work fine.
