510 to 510 sealed adapter

Been having problems with the center post on my Evic being slightly mashed down and not recognizing some of my Evod BCCs. The evods work fine on my Ego-C Upgrades but when I plug them into my Evic the display says "Atomizer Not Found".

Would the 510 to 510 sealed adapter (on hoosierecig.com) be something that could fix/avoid this problem???

You can probably take a pick and gently wiggle the post in your Evic back into place, but yes most sealed shorty extensions have a center post that is slightly to long. Just make sure that you don't push the post in the Evic farther down.

For an evod you would need a 510-ego adapter as the evod screws onto the ego threads. It should work as long as the adapter makes good contact.

I have done this very gently with a small flat head screw driver - It worked, but then sometimes it still says "Atomizer Not Found" so I have to slightly unscrew the Evod, then re-screw it in.

NO, Evod's and t3/mt3's are ego threaded. I did just think of something else you can try. Pull the positive post on the evod out a little so that it makes contact. I have to do this from time to time on one of my evod's. The base on that one doesn't have as many threads as my other ones for some reason and won't screw down as far. It has like 5 threads and the rest have like 7-8 threads. Got to love mass produced items.
