I've sent a few msgs about various things and the only msg that wasn't ignored was a reminder for the contest because it ran through the weekend without being stopped. Was supposed to stop that Friday lol figured a friendly reminder was in order. He answered that one but only that one... hope they get a handle on it...

I won an Aegis max a few weeks back and received no response from Geekvape to my private message with address etc. Sent another message yesterday just to say hey did you get my message can I expect to receive the item I know it will take a while….. Again nothing. I honestly don’t expect to receive anything maybe I’m wrong in this time will tell.

That said I was lucky enough to win another device from another supplier a few days later completely different experience. Received several PM’s even a tracking number etc to me that’s going above and beyond. I know I’m a nobody but it’s becoming obvious to me where I should start spending my money…..

Exactly! Everyone is a potential customer and reports of poor customer service spreads quickly with word of mouth and especially with social media these days. I reviewed for Geekvape for a few years and starting last year when my current rep left they didn't pass on any reviewer information and I have sent emails and pm's and finally after 8 months was contacted by a marketing person.

Yeah I asked everyone, I think it was yesterday, in their initial winner announcement message if anyone had received any information and nobody has. I haven't yet felt the need to message them because I'm still waiting for two months for a tracking number from vaporesso so I guess I'm just jaded now.

Kudos to e LEGO Mall who not only gave me my tracking number right away without me even asking on their contest but literally suggested a tracking app that people do commonly use so that I could properly track it in case I didn't have one that tracked China post. So class act to elegomall

I've won 2 items here and one on the Healthcabin site, none of which provided tracking. Geekvape and Vaporesso plus HealthCabin. I take it this is the norm these days?
