555 Carto issue

Oh ya the smell haha. I opened the box and was like "wow how intense is the smell of these cartos" till I noticed the leak. I was able to reuse one of the leaked cartos but the other had already a nice brownish crust on the atomizer end of the carto and rather not use it again before I kill a bat not worth the risk.

As said guys I am not complaining at all I just think its fair to get a reply. Nice enough that no one demands a refund because lets face it if I buy something I want it to be perfect and not broke or half full since I pay for a full carto not a half empty one just saying.

Quick review on 2 new flavors I tried. Kamel is amazing it really reminds me somewhat of a cig which is great for me. Menthol is freaking awesome looks like I have to place yet another order this week.

I fully agree with the statement "if I buy something I want it to be perfect and not broke or half full since I pay for a full carto not a half empty one"! It's happened to me and I don't like it either! At Bloog, we continually try to improve the quality of our products. So, let's create a new Bloog Policy for defective cartos. If you do happen to get a bad (leaking, empty) carto, please keep them. When you get to five bad cartos or more (I certainly hope you don't), give us a count of how many defective cartos you received & we will replace them for you on your next order. Replacing them on your next order saves us the add'l shipping costs to you. This new Policy saves you the money of sending them back to us and assures you of getting what you pay for. We're on the honor system with this new Policy. Help us, help you!

Only thing bad about this policy -> I never received a bad carto :/
