The only reason to even deal with a 2ml tank is if it’s a legal requirement. A lot of popular tanks in the parts of the EU where the 2ml requirement is enforced are popular because they have a removable volume reducing plug that is, well, easily removable.

Yes,you are right, but some people like samll size tank or samll capacity, even without the law requirement, thier most like to try capacity of 2ml

Disposable tank? I had to have a look to understand what that actually means. I find the whole concept disgusting. I'm also not convinced it is actually viable. We all know about dud coils so now not only does the dud coil get binned but also the whole tank.

This concept is only viable if the coils are ultra reliable and reasonably long lasting. User reviews should be interesting.
