5V 18650 battery

I am looking for at least two 5V batteries for use in my Reo Grand. Are the ones sold by Electronicstix the same size as 18650? If not, where can I get the 5V 18650 batts from?

Yes, these are the same size as the 18650's 5 Volt NIMH 600mAh Battery for The Meglodon You need the special charger too Custom 5 Volt Battery Charger

How much time are you guys getting with these batteries?
600 mah doesn't sound like a lot but since they're not li-ion I'm wondering if that makes a difference.

I haven't used one personally so it's not a recommendation as such, I'm just passing on info about who carries them.
