A co-worker recently bought a white RN 4075. The first two atomizers/batteries she recieved didn't work very well. She sent that kit back and the vendor sent her back 4 new white atomizers and 2 new white batteries. The batteries work fine, but I can't get her atomizers to work. She's (understandably) very upset with this. I'm going to assume the atomizers are dead, but before I tell her to return another kit is there something else I could try?

If you have a multimeter lying around, you could probably test the resistance of the atty's. I'm not an expert with that, so I can't say much about it.

The first two atty's I got seemed like possible duds when I first used them. The good one's vapor is awesome now that it's broken in, but the other one just doesn't wick at all.

Test to see if they're actually duds before you return them. They might be dead, and if they are, stop using that vendor! 6 dud atty's in a row is terrible by any standard.
