First and foremost let me acknowledge the fact that there are a lot of fans of this company. I frequent the ECF IRC a lot more than the forums, and even before I had tried BwB I suggested BwB to anyone that wanted a solid tobacco vape as their first juice. Personally, I am not too into tobacco vapes and have migrated toward dessert vapes more but that didn't stop me from trying some of their tobacco flavors. I know many people recommend steeping these juices as their flavor matures with age so that is exactly what I did. The juice was born on 1/21/11 and I started vaping them in late Februrary so there was a good month of steeping there.
What my order contained:
12mg Applewood
12mg Casablanca
24mg Blueberry
24mg Strawberry
24mg Cola
24mg Menthol
------------
Let's get down to the review. I vaped these at both 3.7v and 6v, but mainly 6v with a 3.5 ohm Ikenvape 306 atomizer on my REO grand.
Applewood - This juice was my second favorite out of the bunch. It was a smooth, almost smokey flavor that was not too strong but just right. There was more of that smokey wood flavor on the forefront with an apple undertone. It wasn't sweet which was a nice change for an apple vape, and I found myself dripping this one over and over. Throat hit wasn't that great but it is expected at 12mg. I have tried this at 24mg too and the throat hit was good, I have to say.
Casablanca - This juice is described as a turkish tobacco with cocoa undertones. This juice definately lived up to the description. A nice full flavored tobacco with nice undertones of chocolate and possibly a small amount of berry, but I only got that berry some of the time. Some people have said that this juice has pepper in it or tastes like jalapenos but I did not get that at all. Tasted like a turkish tobacco with a nice subtle undertone of chocolate to me. It was nice, but tobacco vapes aren't my favorite, so it's more of an occasional vape.
Blueberry - Now this juice is fantastic, I must say. If you've ever gotten the Blueberry Cake Donuts from 7/11 (and like them) then you will most likely love this juice. It tastes just like the blueberry that is in that. It is semi sweet, but definately not overwhelmingly sweet and also has a nice crisp taste to it. Tastes like a blueberry and I recommend this one to anyone that hasn't tried it.
Strawberry - I liked this juice, but it just wasn't my thing. It tasted like strawberries, but almost a bit like strawberry syrup at times so it kind of lost it's value to me as I don't like strawberry syrup too much. At first, it tasted much fresher but the more I vaped it the more I got that candied taste and it kind of just sits around now.
Cola - What can I say? Tastes just like cola, but doesn't have much of a fizz to it. I've had some other colas that were able to pull the fizziness off so this one seemed kind of flat to me. It also had a bit of an oily taste to it which put me off but all in all it is a decent take on cola.
Menthol - Well I actually ordered this one for my mom for when she first started vaping so I stole a little off of her to try it. I thought maybe because it was BwB it wouldn't taste as mentholly as some other juices. I was wrong
I absolutely hate menthol, it tastes like Vick's Vapor Rub to me but I'm kind of biased toward hating this juice due to my dislike of all the other menthol juices I have tried.
