Im on my 6th day of strictly the Joye 510 along with various juices aquired.
I mix the Marlboro and Virginia blend 50/50 and it provides me the same sensation as smoking a regular Light Flavored cigarette.
I also find that, in order to satisfy a craving, i only require four to 7 pulls off my e-cig.
I have been a smoker for over ten years, a solid pack a day (that is unless im out drinking, then you can count on a solid pack being mowed down at the bar), and I already notice a few things about my mind and body that have changed.
My sinus pathways are open and clear, I do not wake up short of breath, my sleeping seems to be more solid and un-interrupted, i no longer wake up coughing those lovely bits of tar and other nasty things that come along with combustable smoke, and I have battled anxiety and depression for years now. In the past week, my anxiety level has significantly decreased, and my general sense of well being has been elevated. I am not short tempered as I sometimes could be. I believe the correllation in the anxiety and depression matters lie within the gamma based bi products that are contained within cigarette smoke, as gamma reacts directly with your brains center of chemical function.
A major difference I have noticed was on my upper arm area, biceps and deltoids, I had what i thought was just a problem from sweating and the type of work I did wearing short sleeve shirts, i had developed what is called Follicitis(spelling?) In the past 6 days, my arms have nearly cleared into normal, healthy skin.
I encourage all cigarette smokers I meet to give these a chance, if you want to quit, especially like myself, ive wanted to quit for years now with repeated failure, this is the longest ive ever gone without a cigarette, and I do plan on getting off the e-cigs in the future.
