6 Months Smoke Free

6 Months and 1 day completely smoke free (182 days since the last cigarette -7:30am on 7 Feb), 6 Months and 27 days since i cut down to 2 smokes a day (202 days since my First vape - 4:30 on 11 Jan)... Vapin' like a madman!! Have i saved my money... yeah, slightly less than what i would have spent on smokes but i like my toys...!!! have I saved my life... YES!!!

Congrats on the six months!! That's just awesome. I can't wait until I can say that - just passed my 2 months on the 7th. In honor of reaching six months - I got on the torture device in my basement - also known as a Gazelle - and first time back on in many years and made it 20 minutes! This is something I was never able to do while smoking. When I was done - I could totally tell I had smoked for 30 years tho. Ugh. Will be so exciting when I've gone as long as you have and to see how my cardio is doing then....
