i believe you are stacking the cr123(flashlight batts) 3.7v x2 so your vaping 6-8volts. the downside is im pretty sure the flashlight bats have a low amp limit 2-4x(2)=8amps and a low mah 500ish x 2 =1000

the 18650 will not put out 6-8volts but i believe stacking the current batts will put them over amp limit and a vent is coming. 0.6ohm with 8v draws 14amps

18650 on lower ohms or get an 50watt+apv

Ok as other have stated ...... Don't see the need to stack batts anymore 2012 went by a couple years ago.

But neither of the two you mentioned are the 3v batts you need to stack for 6v

The black or the red are 3.7 nom with 4.2 fully charged ..... your cranking over 8v at the start with those.

If you really need ?? to stack for 6v you want the blue AW

AW LiFePO4 RCR 123 - RTD vapor

^^ Psst ... Don't do it ...... IMO

Stacking came about back when 90-100% of attached atomizers were 2.5Ω ohm or above

I'll admit I stacked in a REO using the blue 3v AW's for a while using 2.0Ω cartomizers and stacking was sketchy even at those amp draws ....

Stacking with a RBA leaves you the ability to create ridicules stress on the batts.

Your far better off getting a good high amp 18650 and start building you coils at lower ohms. Either start nocking off wraps or get low gauge wire.

I would say the lower Ω you go that you might have to open up your air hole larger to keep the flavor satisfactory ...... but u'v been vapin at 8v dood so I have a feeling your more about the heat than the flavor :D
