6 volt is outstanding

I had so much trouble working on a couple of mods that I decided to take a break from them but first I took my 905 and my dremmel and honed it just a skosh so the 2 cr2 fit and it is outstanding at 6 volts. The cartos love 6 volts. Plus I can still use the 3.7 volt battery if I want to.

I have 5 volts already but 6 is sweet. It's like an analog, you just puff and inhale instead of puffing forever on one puff.

you don't happen to know which version of the 905 you have do you??

is it's battery connector totally sealed like the Version 2?
or does it have a hole in the centerpost of the batt connector?

i'm looking for the mod scubadan posted about modding these to work with cartomizers without the need of an adapter.

I just built my first 6 volt mod, and I have to agree, it's awesome. You hit the thing, and get immediate response. I used the flashlight here and I'm using 2 protected RCR123A 3.0 volt Ultrafires:

not sure if it is my cheap passthrough, but give me 6 volts over 5 volts or 3.7 volts, I modded my 905 and it screams at 6 volts, makes me squeal.

I really don't like the 6 as much as the 5, the different flavors that i like seem to taste burnt out at 6 where as most seem to taste great at 5 and only a few taste better at 3.7.

Yeah, I hear ya. I just painted the end cap on my new 6 volt mod, so I have to wait for the paint to dry before I can use it again. Thank God I have a flashlight mod with an 18650 now. Those 18650's are really pretty incredible at only 3.7 volts. I get almost as heavy a hit out of that thing as I do from my 6 volt mod.

6 volts is damn good on a fresh drip in my opinion.
but at 6 volts the juice dont last long
5 volts it last twice as long
3.7 volts 5 times as long
all depends on what you looking for.
