As for the Ohms, I still cannot make up my mind and play with different setups depending on the atty...From 0.7 up to 2.2

With the new 69s coming with silver plated internals, am I correct to assume that these will also fit older 69s that originally came with the gold plated?

Ay other benefits on one versus the other?

When they are brand new they are both great for conductivity but silver last better in time and you can clean easier...After several tests we decided silver is better for everyday use....

It's a solid mechanical mod, there's not much that can break in the first place But if it should happen you can get parts from the maker.

I have an older rev of the two tone Eric's Edition and its beautiful device and I love how it performs. Very easy maintenance as well.
It is staying with me for a long time and will hopefully get a cousin very soon. If I don't sleep through my alarm again

I was able to get the two-tone version yesterday and the brass parts as well.
Super excited looks amazing!

Now just have to figure out how to match the 69 button with the brass upgrade....hmmmm maybe gold plate it lol

I try to keep the maintenance up on my mods. One issue I've been having with my 69 is the contact for pole. I have been unable to remove it from the plastic. There may be marks visible on the plated gold that have resulted from pliers slipping off. I have tried just about everything except holding the plastic with another set of pliers. I don't want to do this, because I know the plastic part will be destroyed. I have been using finger strength to hold the plastic, but the contact won't unscrew. Has anyone else tried to remove it? I have seen it done in one of the maintenance videos posted by Kalafan. It came out really easy in the video, but it feels like mine is glued on.
