It only gets better! I'm analog free three years and counting, so by your standards i should have lost about 190lbs

Last year I weighed almost 250lbs but now I'm down to 175lbs. I quit smoking and I quit something else that was killing me(no need to go into detail), they both helped the weight loss.

Even if I didn't lose weight it would be okay, quitting those two bad addictions has made me very happy.

I had thought I would put on weight also, wongster, when I quit, vaping rocks so danged much!!!
