Hi all. Im new obviously. Luckily, my sister and bro in law are long time vapors and members and have helped me try to quit more than once. Patiently. This time is different though, even my sis can tell the difference and is spoiling me with the higher end equipment. She gave me a Tesla and a Provari which of course are in a whole different league than the C Twists I started with and still use those too. Anyways, just wanted to make my first post and thank them. Hope to meet new ppl and learn more about vaping, toys and juices and and and....

Yeah I got lucky, my sis is awesome, shes been wonderful support.

Whats different, I had back surgery and I was told by my surgeon that I will heal quicker if I stopped smoking. That was enough for me. I want to be able to walk, do the simple things in life again. Even if I wont ever be able to do some things I want to heal well enough to be able to walk with my grandson at the park, without a cane hopefully someday. But yeah, that's why its different this time.

Nice... been so stressed out over the holidays that I'm so close to smoking today. Just two days off on my 6 months and I keep telling myself that this will pass. I know stress is a trigger, so good for you quitting this time of the year. Good luck on your journey.

Having converted over a dozen people from analogs over the last few months, I love reading these stories! Welcome welcome welcome, and remember to proselytize and convert more people as we have been converted ourselves.

Congrats to you on nearly 6 months smoke free nicetucu! It's great that you're trying to fight the urge but please remember that if you can't make it through the stress without a cigarette you can always jump right back into vaping. No guilt ok?

Congrats! I've been off them for 7 weeks. Last week, my battery died and I thought I had a backup. I bought myself a pack just to get me through the afternoon and they were disgusting. I'm not looking back and here's to hoping you don't either!
