I just passed my 7 month point without cigarettes. I am amazed at how easy it was for me to stop smoking when I got my ecig. I have tried to get my sister to quit and even bought her a kit (an Ego) but she went back to smoking. Her excuse was that she did not want to trade one habit for the other and that she has been cutting back on smoking..... 
I have been using 12mg juice and my last order was for 6mg. I still have at least 20 30ml bottles of the 12 so I switch back and forth. I also find that I am using the vaporizer less than when I started.
Lots of improvements in my health.
I still get a craving for a cigarette once in a while. Mostly when I am around people who smoke. I have remained strong. I am proud of how long I have been smoke free and all I have to do is remind myself of that and it keeps me from lighting up.
I want to thank the community here for all the info that has ben made available. Dunno where I would be today if not for the tips and pointers I have found here.
