70 days not received my items yet :(

Dear HC support team,

I have 2 orders made last year that I am trully worried about, they didn't arrive yet and are really late. China post tracking says both of them are still in China :S

1- Order #21604 Total $67.20 Shipped on 11/11/2010 (order made 70 days ago)

2- Order #23404 Total $96.33 Shipped on 12/08/2010 (order made 45 days ago)

Just for reference I don't get why it is taking so long, I bought about 20 items on eBay from China on Christmas time -even after buying from HC-and they are all with me already. With all this delay I am getting completely out of my ecig stock and there is no way to get ecig related stuff here

Please let me know what can be done about it.

From what I see and heard their support is good I tried contacting them twice before, no answer, so I posted this topic here hoping they will reply me with a resolution soon

Dear Carol, i am sorry that we could not reply to you timely, because we have a backlog of emails. here go the updates of your 2 orders. they have left china to your country. normally it takes at least 30 days to reach your country. however now china airmail is extremely slow to Brasil because of hoiday season. so it may take 60 days or longer to reach you.

Thanks for the imput, however those statuses in the Brazilian post office remains unchanged for nearly 2 months now. As you can see it doesn't actually says they left China nor that they arrived here. Like I said, I bought about 20 items from China on Christmas time -even after buying from HC-and they are all with me already. All of them were sent by airmail too. Are you sure the items left China? I mean, the China Post Tracking for Airmail orders says the following:

First item says it left the office on 2010-11-24 -that's already over 60 days since it was posted and exactly 76 days from when I bought it :S the second item says it departed on 2010-12-1 from outward office of exchange at GUANGZHOU, then it says it went back again on the same day to the same place and never left the office.

With that said, how long more do I have to wait to be eligible for a refund? Unfortunately I think my items were lost at some point we have no idea where.

When they arrive here it says all the above plus Arrived in the country and then "Checked that item is in the country" and the status above haven't changed since both items were posted in China so unfortunately I think they are not here at all.

did RR*****4325CN and RR*****6540CN arrive Brazil or not? i think no.

if they did not arrive Brazil, you said in a previous post that two orders placed in early Jan were in Brazil. could you send me the order number, so we can check?

The one that arrived in January was't mine, is just a testimonial from another Brazilian person -not me- who bought with you in January and got the item in less than a month. My orders that are late are RR*****4325CN and RR*****76540C, PLEASE help me with this matter.

could you send me the order number of another Brazilian person's order placed in Jan and got his order within 1 month? so we can look into it and find out reason.

as for your 2 orders, i am sorry that they are sitting somewhere from china to Brazil, because there are a big backlog almost everywhere in china from post office, customs office and airport.
