70vg 30pg RTA TANK HELP

I am still new and have a subtank mini a kayfun v4 and a taifun gt.I am trying to run 70vg 30pg and am having trouble and was looking for help in a rta that would help one that WOULD RUN AT 15 TO 20WATTS .I would go higher if that was the way to go but I do like single coil but if double coil is the one then I would go there can you please help.I just went for a kayfun v3 like my friends but I was hoping for something else.
