73 pages of likes

I am doing some Spring cleaning and wanted to know how to delete like pages.
And if I do, are my like numbers change?

It doesn't work that way. If you want to delete likes you have to go to the post you liked, then "unlike" it. This will remove one like from your "likes given" and remove one like from the recipient's "likes received". Depending on how many likes you have given your spring cleaning could take a very long time You have zero control over likes received.
