Malware detected on my profile page???

Every time I go to my Profile page I get this popup msg from Google Chrome. This just started within the last hour and nothing has been added to my profile page except Likes, which is what I was checking. Everything loads on my profile page except the likes and then this msg pops up. I ran malware bytes and it found nothing. I deleted my cache and history and restarted Chrome but this msg still keeps popping up. I was wondering if anybody else has seen this msg.

Killed the image link that was in your visitor messages from that site.

I haven't had any visitor msgs with or without images for several days so why did this msg start popping up today?

It's still a "live" link. Something could have happened to that site between the time it was posted and today.
