You are safe. All your cells are 20A CDR. The Samsungs are better cells as they are not rewraps. But read more.

When using a regulated mod the resistance is irrelevant when it comes to safety. As long as your mod can fire your build and your battery can support the max wattage you plan to vape at you will be safe.

To calculate the maximum amps you will be drawing on a regulated devise (at minimum battery voltage) is to use the maximum wattage you plan on vaping at and follow this guide. Calculating Battery Current Draw for a Regulated Mod

If you are interested in learning more about batteries/battery safety check out the blogs by @Baditude & @Mooch (two of ECF's battery experts).

Here are links to some of Mooch's blogs:
And a couple from Baditude.
Another essential read to understand which batteries are safe to use in mechanical and regulated mods. Includes a frequently updated list of recommended safe-chemistry, high-drain batteries with their specifications.
A cautionary blog that reveals that the purple Efest batteries may not have the specifications advertised. Also includes a commentary on "continuous discharge ratings" vs "pulse discharge ratings" of battery specs.

So i got 26g kanthal and i just build my single coil and it read .78 i mean is that safe ? My battery is awt red and 2 samsung inr 18650. And i vape it on 20 watts but its too cold. Should i be concern ?

The batteries appear to be the right chemistry (INR, also called hybrid IMR).

Being that the Evic VTC Mini is a regulated mod, it won't fire any coil that is too low ohm or has a short. That's what protection circuitry does. You'll get an error "low atomizer" or "atomizer too lo" on your display screen.

Now that you know you are safe (protection ciruitry & good battery), the rule of thumb for EVERY vape device you'll ever own is the same. Start low power, take a draw and bump it up to repeat. If it starts to taste funny, gets too hot or tastes burnt, back it down. Different flavors will have different sweet spots so you just have to experiment.
