8 days of not smoking! :)

It has been easy for me to make the transition. I even went out to a drinking event and did not smoke all night. The few times I have picked up a ciggy again, I put it out within a few seconds. I hate the way it tastes. So Just checking in and letting you all know I'm totally converted!

You'll never forget your quit date either. Mine was 11\12\09. My two year mark is creeping up lol. Can't even remember what a cig taste like.

It won't be long, and you'll be celebrating your 6 month mark lol.

my 510 starter pack arrived today. am seriously impressesed. vaping away this evening, and no thoughts of an analog. the first smoke to be made a vape tomorrow morning. will let u know how it feels.

Have just put in 2 really busy days work wise. Normally these sort of days would have me "smoking like a trooper". But, not this time round. Vaping really is the way forward. I'm enjoying my Old Holborn & Amber Leaf flavours, but this morning ordered a 10 pack variety. Really looking forward to it. Just some general comments after 2 days vaping and NOT smoking.

There has been ZERO % willpower involved. Vaping is a REAL alternative to smoking.
Don't leave yourself short on first order. My 510 starter pack has 3 batteries (one of which is dodgy), 3 atomisers, 5 cartridges.
I would have been a 15-20 a day rollie smoker. 3 to 4 cartridges seems to be my equivalent in vaping terms.
Back of mouth / throat does feel somewhat dry - I think I need to drink more water.

Will post back again, with update, but I am so happy with this decision!

This is great to hear. I feel the same way. I tried a cigarette a few months ago and stubbed it out after a few drags. It tasted nasty and made me feel toxic. I don't miss that!
