looking at the 801 manual battery, 801 automatic battery and 801 charger.....it doesnt look like the manual battery will fit in the charger.

does the manual battery fit in the standard 801 charger?

It does fit. It is very tight though. You have to kinda have to press in the button a little bit for it to work. But yes it does charge

Yay!!! 901 Manual batteries. Was the missing link between my 510's and 901's. LOL, now I'll carry 2-901's and 2-510's with me. Each with a different flavor. Hated the autobatteries in the 901's.
