Guys, please feel free to shoot us an email. We'll have you out return labels that just needs to be printed out and slapped on a/our mailer so I can dissect the cause and issue out replacements. I always a minimum of 2 weeks out of each and as our customers, you should too and we will try our hardest to make that happen. I can't seem to replicate the problem and I don't want you guys grasping for the lucky straw when placing an order with us. Even if you have a couple going the normal run. This shouldn't be a game of chance.
If I get any more I'll mail them to you for quality control purposes but with the time I usually get, and the Goodness from you that NEVER stops, I'm way ahead of the game. You are in my opinion the best vendor in the business.
I've got a "stuffy" one and the one with the weird taste set off, I was going to wait until I make another order and use the address on the shipping label to send it back! I don't need no stinking printed out label or envelope to send them back!
Same here, I've got 3 or 4 set aside that I was going to try and send back after my next order. I think I might need that return label though, I'm somehow very bad at mailing anything other than a letter.
I've got a really odd one today! Primed up a 501 fusion, filled the tank and it vaped great! Worked fine yesterday afternoon and night. Starting this morning I'm getting the metallic taste, it just keeps getting stronger and stronger as I vape. I can't understand for the life of me how that worked!
If I vape one flavor for a long time it gets flat and sometimes a metallic taste but it's just my taste buds. That's why I switch flavors back and forth. It does it no matter what kind of carto or atty I'm using.
I'd go with that, but changed out the carto and vaped away fine?
What I want to know is when you are going to have more in stock so that I can order some. 
Had a double whammy today, very odd! Had a carto that I'd used over a week (so no biggie there) but it started flooding out! Took it off, blew it out and tried again, flooded! Took it off again, juice all over the Provari, I mean leaking like a sieve! That was a new one to me! But as I said, got over a week out of it, so no complaints on that one.
Next one. Filled it up, used a syringe just because. and tried to vape it, instantly, nasty primer taste! Tried and tried to suck it through and get the good taste again but my Provari kept throwing E1"s! WHH? So I checked it with the Provari, .9 ohms? Tried a couple more times, then checked it again, yup, .9 ohms? Grabbed another and it's been going strong!
Again, not complaining, the first one I think just got gunked up, the the .9 ohms was a real mystery to me!

Send it to Isaac so he can find out WTH is going on Saw. I've been waiting for one so I could send it to him but I've been having good luck with mine.
I also got another weird tasting one yesterday so I switched it out and the new one seems to be working fine. I sent them an email 2 weeks ago about sending the defects in for inspection but never heard back.
I have had zero problems with the last order of 510 mega fusions...these are not punched...I punched them myself...not sure if this means anything....but they were flawless. Just ordered 10 more.
I recently got a few of the 510 mega fusions and two of the first three I've tried have the "wont pull juice no matter what" problem that several others have encountered, third carto worked fine. Hopefully the remaining cartos have a better ratio of duds to goods.
Chech it inside the top. Sometimes the batting gets over the tube. I had to use a paperclip to move the batting off the tube on a couple. You should be able to see an open tube in the center.
Batting isn't covering the tube, it's open. The defective ones just wouldn't pull juice no matter haw hard you draw, even with 3 holes punched.
yes i got a box of the new batch and first one wouldnt pull juice so i dissected it. next one wouldnt so i put it back in the box and am going to send to ikenvape for r & d. they are soooooooo very good when they are juiced up. i almost want to just drip juice on it so i can use them. im sure isaac can figure it out.
I got one yesterday too. It was an mega 801 punched but I'm going to investigate further. If there are holes in the side it's impossible not to pull juice in. Even after I put 55 drops in the top it was the same so it's not the juice being pulled, it's something else.
I'm 98% sure the liquid is at play here guys. Other than the notes here I received only one email about this happening and we lterally poured through thousands. I have been demoing liquids from a wide range of suppliers since the first post here in January and am getting clogged, blowing out adding a different kind of liquid and viola. This does not mean that it is what it is, I am still going to try to make these cartos universal with different batting densities and sizing and numbers of holes.
