808-D-1 No Logo Battery

I was loading up my cart this afternoon putting together a small "starter kit" for a friend when I noticed the white and black 808-D-1 No Logo Battery for $14.50. Does anyone know if these are "normal" V4L batteries, if they are shorties or regular size, cutoff time?

They are regular sized batteries with 5 second cutoffs. They do not have any of the modifications of the VK batteries, so these are just the generic stock batteries.

In my [not so] humble opinion: Not worth the money. The V4L-ordered modifications are well worth the tiny cost of entry, and offer an upgrade in experience (and probable likelihood of success) that is worth the price many times over.

I agree 100% with you Adrenalynn. The extra couple of bucks is well worth it to have the V4L mods.
