9 months

well i have now gone 9 months without a single puff. i still get the odd day when i would really like to smoke but most of the time its good. been on and off p v s for a few years but this time i feel like i have done it. can't see myself buying another packet of tobacco ever . this is the longest i have gone without a cigarette in 30 years. i started when i was 13 . have a nice smoke free day.

Congrats I just hit 9 months the other day. Quit on my birthday last year. Craziest thing I looked at my cigarettes avoided numer 7000 holy crap. Keep up the good work.

can't wait until i reach the 12 months that will really be something. still get days when i feel like a smoke but not as bad as i did. most of the time its good though. happy days.
