Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Joye eGo

I know these have been on sale for a little while, but I didn't see a thread for it.

A lot of people have questions about the tank system. I thought this would be a good place for discussion and chit chat.

I would also like to know what you all think. Have you bought one? How do you like it vs the old atty/cartridge combo? and does anyone miss those button protectors?

Thanks! :)

Ty

Hey Ty! I've tried the ego-T tank system, and it just wasn't my cup of tea I guess. So many people seem to love them that I even tried the LR version. Still, the vape is just too cool a vapor for my taste. The "smartcart" is another one that I tried, and while it is certainly an improvement over the original cartridge/atty set up - it still was a little messy for me.

I've pretty much settled on boge 2.0 cartomizers for good now. They seem to be consistently well made & last a really long time. Easy to fill & no leaking works for lazy vapor girls like me. (OK, also, I'm still very much loving my T-rex with a cartomizer - so I've found my perfect set up as of today)...
:vapor: ...of course, my opinions are subject to change at any time...

I haven't ordered the eGo-t batteries, but I have tried all of the eGo-T atties. First of all, I have to say that I have been extremely lucky as I have never experienced any major problems with them, so my review may not be very comprehensive, i know that several users had problems with leaks, burnt taste, dry hits, you name it. I had just minor issues with two of my 510-T atties, but they have been sent back and promptly replaced by LF. The new ones work like a charm. In some ways, they are my favorite tanks. The main problem is the the .5 ml tank capacity. They need to be refilled nonstop. That's a drag. But I've seen the larger, non-Joye tanks, .7 ml... Much longer and not exactly high-capacity either, but they do last a bit longer. However, the flavor, vapor production and ease of use are out of this world. They taste really as good as dripping. I love them on my eGo batteries and I'm actually tempted to get a 510 battery to see if I can achieve the same quality of vape on a ciglike battery. That would be very nice, indeed.

I also like the type B eGo-t atties; they hold a lot of ejuice, produce a ton of vapor and they seem to be a bit warmer and more flavorful then the type A, my least favorite of the tanks.

I like the eGo-T type B atties on 3.7v. The 510-Ts work better on lower voltages (3.2v).

Having said that, I keep going back to my Boge 2.0Ω (on the eGos) and the 2.5Ω on my 3.7 Rivas. I like cartos and the 510 Boges are the most reliable and enjoyable cartos I have ever tried.

BTW, where are my 2.5Ω boges, Ty???? I need to get some more...

I'm wondering if I would like the EgoT tank with a specific flavor juice. Can you recommend one that may taste better with the cooler vape? I usually do menthols and minty, or fruits... which I seem to like "hot". I may like it if I can just find a flavor that
"fits" the delivery method...

Hmm... I figured that most people prefer the sweeter flavors with a cool vape. It tends to bring out the flavor better, rather than roasting it on LR. I vape tobacco flavors, and like em hot. Maybe someone else can chime in.

Hopefully here soon! we didnt get as many of them initially as we should have...

I like the T-Type B the best I think. I liked the 510-T, when I used it, but lost it hours later. Rolled under something im sure.

So what is the starter kit you would gift to your friends or loved ones? I mean the T system is an upgrade over the old filler carts right? Or do the old atties and drip tips still hold up?

I always disliked atties; I love cartos, just like you do, so I'm biased. However, I just recently got a smart mega cart and it works like a charm in my eGo mega cylinder atty. But I'm not going to switch...

If i were to put together a kit for a friend, it would contain the following:

1 eGo battery
1 Riva
1 510 battery (manual)
2 boxes of Boge cartomizers (2.0 and 2.5Ω)
1 type B eGo-t atty with a tank
1 510-T atty with a tank
3 chargers (mains, fast and 510)

Can't to better than that.

Oh, I agree with you that tobaccos and coffees reqiure higher Wattages. Fruit, dessert and other mild flavors taste better when not overheated.
