Their multi-packs are not such a bargain. They state that they do not offer any warranty on the Multi-Pack products since the price per unit is so much less than buying a single battery or atomizer. I recently bought a 5 pack of attys and a 5 pack of batteries. I received them 5 days ago. I didn't worry that they didn't offer a warranty, because I probably wouldn't bother returning an atty or a battery if it wore out just shy of the 28 day guarantee they offer on a single anyway… I didn't expect there would be any problem. So far I have one bad atty (done in 1 day) and three bad batteries. :( I haven't opened or tried all of the parts yet. So much for the cute little devil. I won't be ordering parts from them again. I somehow thought that they had higher quality, but apparently not. The attys and batteries from my starter kits (from another vendor) are still going strong. I was looking for spares. I also liked the cute little devil. LOL. To add insult to injury they had a big sale the day after I placed my order, so I paid 20% more for my broken parts. Ah well…live and learn.

Can't they be returned at all? If that happens to me, I've got problems because my budget is totally blown now. I thought if they were DOA they could be replaced? I'm very worried now as I have just (2 days ago) ordered the multi packs of the batteries and the atomizers for the platinum 901's! At the same time, I ordered a Screwdriver from the UK site only to find it MUCH cheaper on the USA site. I'm very disappointed. I hate buying something and finding it cheaper elsewhere the next day. Anyway, I'm trying to console myself, (by reminding myself) that I couldn't have ordered from the USA site anyway, since they don't ship internationally.
On a good note.... I have ordered from TW UK twice before and was extremely pleased with everything. My 901 is STILL going strong several months down the road and the juices are fabulous.

You know I never bothered to inquire if I could return them. (I got the Platinum ones too) I just figured since they stated on their website that there was no warranty that I couldn't return them. I'm using two of the attys (one on a passthrough and one with a battery that are fine and my son is using another - so I know I got three good attys. One is still wrapped, one died almost immediately) THREE of 5 batteries were no good though. They blink like they haven't been charged after 2 or three draws. I wonder if they were dropped… I probably should contact them, but…I don't know if it is worth the trouble.

Overall I'm not thrilled with TW. I was excited when I saw they were located in FL because I figured I'd get my order quickly. I ordered on a Wednesday at 7:00 am and I received my order on Monday. I've gotten orders quicker from clear across the country.

Anyway, I wouldn't order their multi-packs again. I might try some of their juices sometime, but only if I have plenty and I'm in no rush to get it quickly. I hope you have better luck than I did. Maybe my order was just a fluke?

Moog.

Hmmm....maybe you are right. I'm going to do that. We'll see how they handle it then I'll know if I will bother to order from them again. ;)
Yeah, give it a try. I'm sure that I read somewhere, (not sure where though) that although there is no 30 day guarantee, they will replace anything that is DOA. Let us know what happens.

so when are the 5 packs of attys coming back? theres still 102 platinum attys in stock...is there elsewhere to get them? and dont tell me TW UK...with the exchange rate and shipping and wait its not worth it...im going to go ahead and assume they will be back in stock on september 1st when the big sale is over

TECC US has them in stock and they are also having a 20% off sale. They are the sister company of TW.
