hey guys new to vaping, started out with the one from 711 last week, and just bought the riva 901. my problem is that the atomizer doesnt work or i just dont know what im doing. i bought a kit and also some cartomizers and they work fine but when i try to use the attys i get nothing. no smoke no anything. i also tried to drip 2-3 drops directly onto the atty and also nothing. can someone help me out here.

Have you tried using the atty on both batteries? When you press the button are you hearing any sounds coming from the atty at all? It would be very odd for both attys to be DOA. It could happen, but the odds would be against it.
yea i tried swapping the attys and both batterys but to no help. i bought a pack of cartomizers and those work fine though. could it be that they are both doa?
It could be that they're both DOA. I would also check to see if they're connecting correctly because your cartos are working fine. If all else fails, contact the vendor. Most of them will help you with more troubleshooting and replace them if they are DOA.
Sometimes I have to fiddle with my 901 atty by screwing it and unscrewing it just a little bit and pressing the button until I hear it fire. It might work, it might not. It's still worth a shot, though. If you can't get it to fire, then I would definitely contact the vendor tomorrow.
not sure i hear it fire, doesnt make any sound like the cartomizers do when i push the button. sent an email to the place i bought it from. good thing i bought these cartomizers or i would be sool at the moment.
That was good thinking on your part. You would hear a sizzling sound if they were firing. Hopefully all goes well with the vendor!
If you have an ohem meter, check to see if the atty is good with that. Check to see if the contacts are clean. I have had a small peace of "whatever" get between the contacts and then it won't work. Make sure you primed the atty with enough juice, 3-4 drops then 3-4 more if it still isn't primed. My 901's take a while to get them primed.
i figured it out the atty was not screwing on far enough to make contact. I got one to work good and the other still wont screw on one of the battery's. Guess its better than nothing 
On the atty that is not working in the part that screws in the battery there is a center connector carefully lift that just a little. Use something that will fit inside between it and the threads and pry it up just a little. Hope that helps some 901’s and the connectors can be a little touchy
