question about 901 atty

i have a dse 901 e cig, well when i top up the cartridge , the nothing happens when i try vaping, it only works when i put drops on the atty , is it natural for this to happen , because when i drained my atty out , topped up my cartridge nothing happened until i put some drops on atty

No, this is not normal.

After you "refill" your cartridge you should get good vapor delivery.. if not immediately, within a few vapes.

If the filler material in your cartridge is pushed way down, it may not be contacting the bridge on the atomizer. I'd try using a tweezers or the end of a paperclip to pull the fiberfill back up so that it is flush with the edge of the plastic cartridge.... See if that resolves the issue for you.
