901 carts loose, fall off

My 901 carts are loose on my atties, and always have been, but after putting the cart on my 510, now the cart will not stay on the 901 at all.

Any ideas on how to tighten up these carts?

electrical tape...they fit better on the 510s...as wierd as that is But 901 carts are always a prob for me. I bought some TTips from Super T and they are nice...tight on both a 510 AND 901!!!!!

New ones are usually tighter than old ones... and they're only about $.60 a piece...

That being said.. I can usually "dimple" the sides of mine a bit with a soldering iron and get them to fit nice and tight again.

well these are new tips, just out of the package. I have barely used my 901, but am starting to more, because of all the problems I have with the 510.

So Im not alone in putting my 901 between my teeth, put my head down to do something with both hands and slowly watch my atty/battery drop to the hard ground, as I stand there with a cart in my mouth and nothing else.....praying that everything wasnt cracked and useless when I pick it up off the floor????

That looks like a great idea, thanks for the lead on the video. I'm going to try it on my 510.

These carts being so loose is a switch for me - the carts on my 306 were so tight they pulled the atty apart.

Yeah, it did wonders for me. I just cannot believe how loose they are.

BTW, anybody else feel they can deal with the factory filler on the 901's more so than on the 510? I have noticed that it does not seem so bad on the 901. I assume because the 901 does not get so hot?

My 901 seemed fine, but the backup atomizer is a different story.... The carts are loose on that one. Trying to figure out how it's different....
