I have a 901 usb pass through and it is causing my laptop to shut off, so I bought a usb adapter for the wall plug in and that is not strong enough for the ecig. It lights up but it won't smoke. Is there an adapter for the wall plug in I can buy that will be strong enough? I have bought several usb pass through 901s AND I would like to use them but not at the expense of my lap top. Any suggestions

Yes you have to look at the Amp (current) rating for an AC adapter, and ideally you want one rated at 2 Amps. Many common, cheap adapters only supply 0.5 Amps (can also be stated as 500 milliamps) which is not enough to power an atomizer, but enough to charge an iPod or something. Adapters intended for the iPad are usually 2 Amp rated, but best to check if in doubt. I do know that Madvapes supply a suitable adapter quite cheaply - 2 amp AC to USB Adapter, ideal for Passthroughs
