901 to 510 adapter and other...

I recently purchased a 901-510 adapter from another retailer. It didn't fit...So, before I buy another, I just want to make sure that it will work. I have a Riva 901 that I want to use my 510 carto's on. Will the adapter you have work in this manner? Also, the 808-d carto's...will they work on a Riva 901 batt? Thanks for your help!!

The simple answer is it should.. 901 is supposed to be a standard but if there are sometimes variations based on the manufacturer. 901 to 808-d is a different adapter and they are really a 901 to 901 with airflow in the center pin as they're the same thread..
