I started out with the KR808 using cartomizers. When I wanted to move up it seemed to make sense to get the Riva 901 so I could use the cartomizers also. I've been happy with these and am now ready to add some backups.

I'm just not sure if I should try to make the switch to 501 because is seems more universal and easier to get replacement parts, or just stay with what I have. Is there any difference besides the threading?

I would appreciate any advice from you veterans. I still consider myself very much a beginner after only 2 mths.

Thanks

I think that 901's and 510's are just so different.
My preference is a 901 atty because I like the slightly stiffer draw - I get a more satisfying TH... and I am better at keeping 901's going - I am a 510 killer ;-)
I also like that I can drop my 901's in grain alcohol for a week and not kill them...

With that said, 510's seem to be much more popular... they seem to provide an easier draw... the are supposed to give more vapor...

I have a lot of both reg and LR and I just prefer 901's...

I think there is definitely room for both atties in your collection...

I use a 901 on my eGos and on my Buzz.
