You would need two CR2's batteries. First you would have to dremel the opening out of the battery holder with a sanding wheel, the one that barely fits in the hole. Only takes about 10 minutes to ream the hole larger. And the last thing if it is a D model, cut 1/4" off the top of the grey rubber liner inside the top portion next to the contact point for the + side of the battery. Since the batteries are larger in diameter, the rubber would need to be removed so that it will make contact inside the top. Hope this helps Dan
