I've just been getting back into the vaping scene after a hiatus of almost a year. I've done a lot of business with a lot of vendors recently, but this is the only one I'm having problems with.
A lot of people have had a good experience with the people at 99 Vapors, but I'm not having that same experience. I don't know whether there's personal stuff happening on their end, or whether they went under and they're just giving me the run around, but nothing is going right. I sent them about 5 e-mails, of which only two were replied to. I was told my order would be sent out on Tuesday (I was told on Monday) and that was the last I heard from them. I was given a phone number for a law firm instead of the number for their customer service by whoever replied to my e-mail, and the number on their site gives a continual busy signal. I don't know what's going on, but I'm really not liking it so far. If it is personal issues, I'd be more understanding if I was told so.
If anybody has any info in terms of this company, let me know. I'd very much appreciate it
