Hello, REOville.

I haven't seen anyone do this and post pics yet. As you may have imagined, the 9ml bottle fits snugly and quite perfectly. Be well, REOnauts.

Done that years ago and messaged rob about it. Ended up leaking too much to keep it in there after a while. I used plumbers tape on the bottle threads to help against leaks.

Other then that when the bottle gets past half way empty it takes a lot of force (more force) to feed the juice then the old bottle.

I must be lucky, I have had no leakage issues at all. True that you do need to squonk a little longer and harder after the 2/3 empty stage but that's still about 5ml of usage before that stage. The regular bottle if down to 1 ml left in the 6ml bottle would need a good hard squonk as well.

Installed the Vapage bottle in my Woodvil too. No problems so far.
Edit: Used a 3.2 mm drill bit. Started from the inside as there is a nice guide to center the hole in there. Then opened it up from top and bottom with the sharp blade of a pair of scissors until it looked about right. The tube fits very tightly. No leaks.

Man, that Woodvil looks gorgeous!! Do you have a link to the 9ml bottle and cap? That white cap looks very nice! The gap between the RM2 and Woody is noticeable though.

9ml bottle available from Vapage.com - Drill top cap with 11/16" drill bit. Precise clean drilling of hole key to no leakage.

9ml clear plastic bottles with caps($2.99 for 2) - From bottom of bottle to top of cap 2.14"
Vapage VMOD XL Bottles 9ml (2-Pack)
Drill for hole in cap - Tubing OD=3/16"=0.1875" Drill 11/64"=0.171875"

I don't see how a 10/32"=0.3125" or an 11/16"=0.6875" drill bit can possibly work
Tubing OD=3/16"=0.1875"
The correct size drill bit is 11/64"=0.171875"

I'm sure you're right. I may have misread the bit size.

Good catch! Had a brain cramp, knew it was 11 /something, it's been awhile.
Thanks for posting, wouldn't want people getting mad at me after drilling a dime size hole in their caps!! :)
